Private Morgantown Residence

PROJECT SUMMARY

In 2022, Arrow was approached to provide structural engineering services for a 8,900 sq ft Private Residence in Morgantown, WV.

Located on a hilltop outside of town, the residence features panoramic views and a timber framed aesthetic incorporating antique old growth woods in the building structure.

The project was spearheaded by Project Engineer Ashbee Sykes who coordinated with the architect, contractor, and owner to achieve the project goals in a timely and professional manner.

Arrow’s team was responsible for the home’s foundation design and framing plans that included several custom structural and architectural features. The home is currently under construction.
