Building 300 South Campus Drive, Imperial, PA

PROJECT SUMMARY

In 2022, the owner’s of Champan Westport continued expansion of the office park located of South Campus Drive in Imperial, PA with the kick off of design services for the substantial 108,000 SF tilt-up warehouse project called Building 300. The predecessors for the project, Buildings 100 and 200, were designed by Arrow’s President Mike Howell and featured both tilt-up and precast concrete panel construction. Arrow was integral in not only the structural design of Building 300, but played a significant part in construction feasibility studies performing multiple iterations of the structural elements to help narrow down the most efficient design for the owners. Utilizing Arrow’s integrated project delivery for tilt-up construction, shop drawings for the panels were included in the contract
documents which saved a significant amount of time during construction as well as virtually eliminated questions related to design intent of the panels.
