Grow West Cannabis Dispensary
PROJECT SUMMARY
Arrow was part of the design team to convert 80,000 SF of unused and underdeveloped warehouse storage space into a premium regional cannabis grow and dispensary facility.
To make this project a success, Arrow worked alongside regional and national engineering companies to support unique architectural and extensive MEP engineering challenges associated with a world class grow facility. The project involved a complex arrangement of interior steel structures constructed within an existing building and extensive exterior modifications including large louvers and a new curtain wall system. Close attention to detail of the structural system to make sure it fits within these constraints was paramount for Arrow’s engineering team.
