Laboratory Expansion: Aeroseal Manufacturing, Miamisburg, OH

PROJECT SUMMARY

In 2022, the owners of Aeroseal in Miamisburg, OH were looking to expand their existing manufacturing facility with the addition of a new 65,000 SF concrete tilt-up wall panel structure. Arrow was able to utilize it’s integrated project delivery for tilt-up concrete buildings and deliver construction-level drawings, complete with reinforcing shop drawings for the panels, in just under three weeks from Notice-to-Proceed. Construction began for the project in early 2022 and the building was under roof in only a few months thanks to Arrow’s fast-tracked design and timely response to construction needs.
