Private Morgantown Residence
PROJECT SUMMARY
In 2022, Arrow was engaged as the EOR for a 10,000+ square foot residence near Snake Hill outside of Morgantown, WV.
This project features a 7 bed/9 bath with an underground wine cellar, hidden vault, four stall garage, four stone fireplaces, and over seventy exposed solid white oak timbers.
Arrow worked closely with the architect, owner, general contractor, truss supplier, and heavy timber supplier to provide the aesthetics and intentions of the layout in a constructible manner.
