PROJECT SUMMARY

Arrow Structural Engineering was tasked with assessing the existing damage to this structure at 134 17th Street, Wheeling, WV. Resulting in a preliminary repair plan to address the most immediate structural concerns.

The results of the study were the first phase of our work with this project, highlighting the associated risks to the owner and recommendation to both restore and demolish certain portions of the structure itself.
